TGJA Membership and course registration In order to attend any of the TGJA courses you must register as a TGJA member or associate member, unless you wish to audit the course.

Click on the RED BUTTON at bottom of this page to complete NGJA test registration.

TGJA membership is $65, to audit is $25 and includes entrance to the in-person courses.  The online course is an additional $65 and is an option for TGJA judges that cannot attend one of the in-person courses or judges outside the TGJA area that want to attend an online course.  TGJA membership is not required for judges outside the great state of Texas.

Course information

One day course hosted by Eric Briley and guest lecturers: Kevin Muenz, Mark Sherman and Cameron Sweny.

The  course will concentrate on DP changes, D & E score calculation for all events, symbols, mat specs, exercise presentation symbols, and enriching activities that will challenge all judges from beginner to advanced.  Prizes will be handed out during the games.   

Must bring an electronic device besides your cell phone to be fully engaged in the lectures. A practical exam will be given at the end of the course.  It’s not a pass / fail, just helps us gauge where everybody’s strong and weak points are.   Before the course it is HIGHLY recommended to go to the NGJA website and look over this years power points under the education button / course material.
