To All NGJA Members,
Here is an NGJA update for December 2017.
- National Assignments Posted– Congratulations to all the judges chosen to judge the NCAA Championships,inter
Cup, Qualifier and P & G Championships. All assignments are posted under the membership tab at NGJA.org. - NCAA Challenge Starts December 4 – if you plan to judge NCAA competitions this year, you must participate in
the NCAA Challenge! For complete information, go to NCAA News at NGJA.org, then form and register your
team now. Registration ends Dec 3. - NGJA Fall Certification Testing – JO and National tests must be taken by Dec. 15. to complete your
certification for the 2017-2018 season.
a. 654 – total NGJA members registered
b. 403 – completed JO tests
c. 334 – completed National tests - Get Ready for the 2018 Judging Season – all Optional, Compulsory and Technical Sequence routines used and
evaluated in the 2017 fall JO challenges are great for competition preparation! You can access any of these
routines to prepare for your judging assignments during the competition season. Go to “Latest JO News” at
NGJA.org to access the routines or events you need! - U110 Safe Sport Certification required – Effective immediately… when you renew your Professional
Membership for the coming year, you will be required to also take a new education course called U110 USOC
Safe Sport. This course has been developed by the USOC and will be a requirement for all USAG Professional
Members. The course is free but it will take you 1-2 hours to complete, so take it NOW and avoid
procrastinating!!! - NGJA needs Website expertise – The NGJA is looking for someone who has a background in Website
programming, development or software to assist with its website needs. If you are interested, please contact
